Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS)

New System. New Technical Circular from the Development Bureau, Hong Kong SAR Government. Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) is here.

The development Bureau of Hong Kong announced a new Technical Circular (Works) No. 3/2020 on 27th March 2020 stating that project tender above $300 million on or after 1st April 2020 will be required to adopt the Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) as one of their new Technical Requirements.

To meet both the Government and ISO 19650 CDE requirements and the need of Contractors, MES has developed our own DWSS which can be adopted to a BIM/Common Data Environment (CDE) platform and it is easy to use with a simple user interface.
