Job Description:
- Act as our IT representative in assisting overseas branches business-process automation, systems implementation
- Coordinate all phases of system development/maintenance where frequent contacts with different levels of management & users are required
- Participate in full SDLC including system analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation
- Provide system training and post implementation support
- Possess an innovative mindset in architecting IT solutions to meet business needs and enhancing systems

- Good hands-on knowledge on Windows, or Linux platform is a definite advantage

Sales Manager (Hong Kong)
Job Description:
- Achieve sales target
- Provide professional sales consultation and product presentation
- Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, total solution selling and presentation
- Responsible for tender estimation, quotation preparation and submission
- Prepare monthly sales reports and account receivables according to credit terms of customers
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Assist the Marketing Team to develop marketing campaigns and events
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define customers
- Handle any ad hoc project as assigned by Senior Management of the Company

Job Description:
- Preparation, coordination and follow-up of sales and marketing related projects, always in collaboration with the supervisor or sales & marketing director
- Assist prepare and formulate sales and marketing promotional materials (English / Simplified & Traditional Chinese) with the sales & marketing team
- Collaborate with the marketing team and operation department, participate in major corporate events and other ad-hoc projects designated by the supervisor.
- Assist in new business promotion planning, brand development, organize seminars/exhibition and public relation marketing

BIM Modeler Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (Malaysia)
Job Description:
- Generate complete Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing drawings/plans in Revit with minimal Engineer supervision for use in construction
- Generate complete Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and Combined Builders Works Drawings (CBWD)
- Ensure all drawings and records are updated, controlled and in placed throughout duration of construction project
- Works with our clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As-Built and Submittal drawings
- Familiar with authority submission would be an advantage
- Coordinate and work closely with other engineers and draftspersons
- Work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines where necessary
- Provide regular status updates to Superiors/Principal
- Continuously undertake to improve and update technical skills through self-study and/or formal course work
- Assist in the general day-to-day operational activities and perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
- Co-ordinate all construction/design matters between the key project stakeholders
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- Min. 2 years related working experience as BIM (Revit)
- Fresh graduates with exceptional skills in Revit are welcome to apply
- Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software. Able to operate Dynamo and Civil 3D will be an advantage
- Must have knowledge of identifying and solving clashes
- Able to produce Animation, Simulation and Rendering
- Able to carry out drafting work. Those with design experience will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Must be self-initiative, discipline, punctual and hardworking
