Senior System Analyst / System Analyst / Programmer (Hong Kong / Malaysia)

Job Description:

  1. Act as our IT representative in assisting overseas branches business-process automation, systems implementation
  2. Coordinate all phases of system development/maintenance where frequent contacts with different levels of management & users are required
  3. Participate in full SDLC including system analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation
  4. Provide system training and post implementation support
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Possess an innovative mindset in architecting IT solutions to meet business needs and enhancing systems
  2. A positive, ‘can-do’ working attitude, and an active self-starter character that will continuously add values to own responsibilities
  3. Strong analytical, problem solving & communication skills
  4. Well-versed in a high standard project management methodology and system documentation skills
  5. At least 5 years of IT experience in system development and support. Experience in Website application development, Native Mobile App development on both iOS and Android, Rest API, ERP system, ETL/BI, and/or IoT integration is preferred
  6. Proficiency in C#, VB.net, Java, Java Script, XML, Web-services, RDMS, Eclipse, and/or Maven development framework
  7. Good hands-on knowledge on Windows, or Linux platform is a definite advantage
  8. University graduates in Computer Science or equivalent
  9. Proficient in English & Chinese (Mandarin)

Sales Manager (Hong Kong)

Job Description:

  1. Achieve sales target
  2. Provide professional sales consultation and product presentation
  3. Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, total solution selling and presentation
  4. Responsible for tender estimation, quotation preparation and submission
  5. Prepare monthly sales reports and account receivables according to credit terms of customers
  6. Develop and implement sales strategy
  7. Assist the Marketing Team to develop marketing campaigns and events
  8. Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define customers
  9. Handle any ad hoc project as assigned by Senior Management of the Company
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communication or related disciplines
  2. Minimum of 3 years sales experience in IT industry
  3. Knowledge in the construction industry will be an added advantage
  4. Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target
  5. Being aggressive, good problem-solving skills, and presentation skills

Sales & Marketing Assistant (Hong Kong)

Job Description:

  1. Preparation, coordination and follow-up of sales and marketing related projects, always in collaboration with the supervisor or sales & marketing director
  2. Assist prepare and formulate sales and marketing promotional materials (English / Simplified & Traditional Chinese) with the sales & marketing team
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team and operation department, participate in major corporate events and other ad-hoc projects designated by the supervisor.
  4. Assist in new business promotion planning, brand development, organize seminars/exhibition and public relation marketing
  5. Back up office administration: follow up of visitors, etc
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in sales & marketing will be an advantage
  2. Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English

BIM Modeler Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (Malaysia)

Job Description:

  1. Generate complete Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing drawings/plans in Revit with minimal Engineer supervision for use in construction
  2. Generate complete Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and Combined Builders Works Drawings (CBWD)
  3. Ensure all drawings and records are updated, controlled and in placed throughout duration of construction project
  4. Works with our clients during pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As-Built and Submittal drawings
  5. Familiar with authority submission would be an advantage
  6. Coordinate and work closely with other engineers and draftspersons
  7. Work beyond regular hours to meet deadlines where necessary
  8. Provide regular status updates to Superiors/Principal
  9. Continuously undertake to improve and update technical skills through self-study and/or formal course work
  10. Assist in the general day-to-day operational activities and perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
  11. Co-ordinate all construction/design matters between the key project stakeholders
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
  2. Min. 2 years related working experience as BIM (Revit)
  3. Fresh graduates with exceptional skills in Revit are welcome to apply
  4. Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software. Able to operate Dynamo and Civil 3D will be an advantage
  5. Must have knowledge of identifying and solving clashes
  6. Able to produce Animation, Simulation and Rendering
  7. Able to carry out drafting work. Those with design experience will be an advantage
  8. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  9. Must be self-initiative, discipline, punctual and hardworking
  10. Willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary, to meet deadlines and/or when requested
  11. Must have own transport
  12. Remuneration shall commensurate with experience and knowledge
