The works comprise of two office towers (i.e Water Supplies Department Headquarters with Hong Kong and Islands Regional Office and Correctional Services Department Headquarters) with a podium, to provide general office accommodations and other government accommodations including workshops of Water Supplies Department, command centre, data centre, central supplies unit and recreational facilities of Correctional Services Department, dental clinic, storage areas, department carpark, public car parking spaces for private vehicles and other ancillary facilities, together with associated building services installations, drainage and external works.
