The project site occupies an area of 3287 square metres (m²).  The scope of the project includes construction of two 25 to 26 storey quarters blocks with a total construction floor area (CFA) of about 23860 m² for the provision of 306 H-grade departmental quarters units1, provision of the ancillary facilities - (i) a building management office; (ii) amenity and communal areas, including a multi-function room 2 ; (iii) 35 private car parking spaces and four motorcycle parking spaces; and related sewerage works.  BIM use of this project target is to develop the BIM model to LOD400 to enable the delivery of an Asset Information Model (AIM), which helps owner, and facility management team for better collaboration of the as-built record such as site survey and as-built drawings, to facilitate property management during as-built and facility management period. To minimize work duplication and maximize the efficiency.  Common Data Environment (CDE) is defined and used as single source of information for any given project, used to collect, manage and disseminate all relevant approved project documents for multi-disciplinary teams in a managed process.
