BIM Coordinator

Job Description :

  1. Manage the design deliverables through to construction status ensuring information is coordinated and suitable for construction in accordance with construction requirements

  2. Co-ordinate all construction/design matters between the key project stakeholders

  3. Review and make recommendations for alternative cost effective construction solutions and or value engineering solutions for integration into the design drawings

  4. Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of construction / design, implementation and co-ordination of design changes

  5. Review and manage the control of all design changes

  6. Ensure all changes are properly reviewed in terms of quality of information and program and passed to the commercial team for their review before being integrated into the design information

  7. Work on project from pre-construction to practical completion

  8. Work with multidisciplinary teams to allow timely procurement & implementation of the project

  9. Provide key stakeholders with design related support and suggestions

 

Skills and Requirements:

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or related construction disciplines

  2. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in construction field

  3. Experience in RC structure, minor architectural, BIM knowledge and ACABAS

  4. People management experience

  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

  6. Experience on civil & infrastructure projects an advantage

  7. Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

BIM Project Manager

Job Description :

  1. Oversee the BIM Modelling Team

  2. Liaise and coordinate for BIM implementation and training plans for commercial and PMC perspectives

  3. Manage the design deliverables through to construction status ensuring information is coordinated and suitable for construction in accordance with construction requirements
