MES Asia is the lead BIM Consultant for neuro-robotics rehabilitation and cybernics centre located in Bandar Meru Raya, Ipoh, Perak by Malaysian Social Security Organisation (SOCSO). It is the largest of its kind in the region of Southeast Asia spanning a total of 37 hectares and consists of 14 blocks, and estimated to accommodate up to 700 patients. Equipped with the latest robotic technology facilities, such as neuro-robotics treatment and cybernetics from Japan, this centre aims to provide treatment to workers who have been affected by accidents or illnesses to eventually re-enter the workforce. The gross debelopment value of this project is MYR 654 millions, and it is expected to complete by end of 2024.MES provides the following scope of work:
