This contract comprises:

• One 40-storey domestic building including 7-storey podium
• Community Health Centre, CHC
• Residential Care Home for the Elderly, RCHE
• Site Formation/Slope Upgrading Works
• A&A Works for Tuen Mun North West Swimming Pool
• Other external works

We provide and manage CDE according to the specification from ISO 19650.

The works comprise of the following:

• 3D Modelling
• Quality Control
• Clash Detection and Analysis Reports
• 4D Phase Planning
